[Core Function] By heating and melting at 80-160°C, it can quickly achieve traceless bonding of heterogeneous materials such as fabrics, plastics, and metals, and can withstand dynamic stresses such as frequent bending and stretching.
[Technical Characteristics] Tensile strength ≥20MPa, elongation at break ≥300%, bonding strength retention rate exceeds 85% after soaking in hot water at 50°C for 72 hours; The performance degradation is ≤15% after the aging test (1000 hours), meeting the needs of long-term use.
[Structure] It is a dense and homogeneous film with molecular chains that are cross-linked in a three-dimensional network without defects such as pinholes and bubbles. When bonded to the adherend, it can form a 0.01mm ultra-thin adhesive layer.
[Specifications] Support customized production. In addition to regular sizes, slit strips (width ≥5mm), punched parts and other forms can be provided to adapt to automated assembly scenarios.
[Material] Choose polyether or polyester TPU particles, and adjust the hardness (Shore A 60-95) according to the application scenario.
[Process] Precision extrusion composite technology is used to ensure product consistency through online thickness monitoring (accuracy ±0.002mm) and static elimination processing.
