First of all, in terms of upper material composite, sports shoe uppers are usually composed of multi-layer materials such as mesh, microfiber leather, and fly-knit fabrics. They are laminated with TPU hot-melt adhesive membrane, which can maintain the breathability of the material while achieving firm bonding. The formed upper is smooth and beautiful, soft and resistant to folding, and comfortable to wear.


Secondly, in terms of the combination of the inner lining and the upper surface, the lining materials of the shoes, such as Lixin cloth, velvet, etc., need to be combined with the upper materials. The hot-melt adhesive membrane is melted by heat and evenly penetrates between the two layers of materials. After cooling and solidifying, the bonding strength is high, and it is not easy to peel off when washed with water, and will not affect the feel of the material.


Furthermore, in the field of waterproof and breathable membrane lamination, outdoor shoes and sports shoes often use waterproof and breathable membranes. TPU hot-melt adhesive membranes, due to their mesh structure, can still retain breathable channels after bonding, achieving a balance between waterproofing and breathability. At the same time, they have excellent hydrolysis resistance and are suitable for long-term wear.

Each layer of material is composited and formed at one time through hot pressing equipment.
